What is Minoicum?
It is a job-search assistant that analyses your profile, monitors vacancies and helps you assess relevant opportunities.
How do I get started?
Create an account, verify your email and complete your profile with your CV and search preferences. Review extracted information before confirming it.
What happens when I upload my CV?
Minoicum extracts relevant information to propose a structured profile. The original file and raw text are not retained, so keep your own copy of your CV.
Can I leave the page while my CV is being analysed?
Wait until processing finishes without closing or reloading the page. An interruption may require you to upload the document again.
Can I correct my profile?
Yes. Review the information proposed from your CV and update your profile when your experience, skills or preferences change. Accurate information makes assessments more useful.
How do I set roles, countries and languages?
Add your target roles and countries to your profile, along with your languages and proficiency levels. You can revise these details as your goals change.
Understanding jobs and matches
What does the match percentage mean?
It summarises how the available profile information aligns with the job requirements. It is not a hiring probability and does not guarantee an interview.
Where can I see how a match was assessed?
Open the job and look at the Match section. It shows assessed criteria and available explanations so you can understand the alignment and any missing information.
What if information is missing?
Missing information does not prove that you do or do not meet a requirement. Read the match explanations and complete your profile where possible; an assessment with limited information needs care.
How are skills considered?
The assessment compares confirmed profile skills with recognised job requirements. An undocumented skill is not assumed to be present.
How does work experience count?
When a job specifies required years, the comparison uses relevant experience documented in your profile. Missing dates can limit the assessment, so check your employment periods.
How is pay assessed?
Minoicum uses figures stated in the job and available profile preferences. If only a minimum is listed, it does not invent a maximum; missing pay information does not mean the salary is too low.
Managing jobs and applications
Can I save a job for later?
Yes. Save jobs you want to revisit in your saved collection. Saving a job does not submit an application or reserve the position.
What can I do with a job I am not interested in?
You can dismiss it using the corresponding action. If many jobs do not fit your goals, also review the roles, countries and preferences in your profile.
How do I apply on an external site?
Open the job link and complete the process on the destination site. Opening the link does not mean an application was submitted; check completion on that site.
Can Minoicum apply for me?
Pro includes automatic applications where the channel is supported. The feature needs separate activation: choosing Pro alone does not start submissions. Other jobs remain available through external applications.
Where can I check my agent’s activity?
Check the daily activity summary and application history in your account. Distinguish jobs you have viewed from applications actually submitted.
Plans and subscription
Can I use Minoicum for free?
Yes. Free lets you get started within the limits shown on the Plans page. Consider Plus or Pro when you want the additional features described for each plan.
How do Free, Plus and Pro differ?
Plans differ in limits and included features such as new jobs, alerts and automatic applications. Compare the Plans page for current terms; automatic applications require Pro and separate activation.
Which interview trainings are included?
Plus: 1 interview training included per month. Pro: 5 interview trainings included per month. Free / Start: Interview training: €4.99 one-off per job. Included trainings reset each calendar month (UTC) and do not roll over. Extras: €4.99 including VAT, one-off per job. Unlocked trainings remain resumable.
How many new jobs do I receive each day?
Your plan’s daily limit is shown on the Plans page. It is a maximum, not a guaranteed number: available jobs also depend on the market and your profile.
Where can I see the price and payment total?
The Plans page shows prices and tax details. Before confirming, check the selected plan, any discounts and the total in checkout.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling renewal keeps your paid-plan access until the end of the period already paid for; then you move to Free. Read the summary shown before confirming the action.
CV, data and support
What is CV rewriting for?
It helps you prepare a clearer draft from the available information. Always check its content, dates and wording before using it for an application.
Does rewriting translate my CV?
No. Rewriting keeps the language of your CV; it is not a translation service.
Can I download the draft as PDF and Word?
When the draft is ready, you can download it as PDF or DOCX from the history. It is a separate document and does not automatically replace your CV or profile information.
If rewriting fails, do I lose a credit?
A failed attempt does not consume a rewriting credit. Check its status in the history and contact support if the problem persists.
Where can I manage my data and privacy?
Check your account settings for available data options and read the privacy notice for processing details. Contact support@minoicum.com if you need clarification.
How do I contact support?
Email support@minoicum.com with a description of the issue and the page where it occurs. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or full payment-card details.
